the Traditional Bowhunters of Maryland
ARTICLE V – APPOINTED POSITIONS
1. Newsletter Editor – Shall be appointed by the President. He
shall be responsible for originating,
editing, publishing and mailing the quarterly newsletter.
2.Special Committee Chairman – The President will appoint as deemed
necessary for: Spring Banquet,
Quarterly Shoots, hunts, etc.
ARTICLE VI – MEETINGS
1. Annual meetings – Will be held in January.
2. Regular meetings will be held quarterly and will coincide with the
organization’s quarterly shoots.
3. A minimum of ten (10) members, of which two (2) members must be
officers of the TBM, shall
constitute a quorum.
4. All meetings shall be conducted in accordance with “Roberts Rule of
Order”.
ARTICLE VII – OPERATING YEAR
Shall commence on January 1st of each year
ARTICLE VIII – DUES
5. Annual dues of fifteen ($20.00) dollars shall be payable by each
member to the Membership Director
no later than January 31.
6. Any member who fails to have their dues to the Membership Director
by January 31 shall be dropped
from the rolls of the TBM on March 31.
7. Anyone joining after September 1st shall have their dues carried
through the following year.
8. Renewal notices will be included in the newsletter.
